- In 2007, the Valley Care Community Consortium obtained its own 501(c)(3) status. For over a decade VCCC founders and partners have realized the importance and value of collaboration and partnership to effect positive change. As a result of this philosophy we have grown from the original 11 partners to over 265 partners representing nearly 100 agencies. A Board of Directors is elected each January for staggered terms.
