Mission:	To provide case management and community resouce linkages to families in our community with the goal of improving the students academic achievement.
Description:	The Madison Community Collaborative is a group of community agencies and schools comprised of families with children who attend five schools in the north Hollywood, Van Nuys area. The role of the program is to support families and helping their children do better at school.
Hours:	Monday through Friday 8am-4:30
